When you sign up for any of our maintenance packages detailed below, we will add a warranty to all repairs made by our team and provide extensive inspections to ensure your system is always working its best! Our inspections include checking your backflow prevention device (if applicable), valves, timers, pipe, and inspecting all sprinkler heads as well as any adjustments needed throughout your irrigation system. Our Maintenance Packages

SILVER PACKAGE

  • 2 annual inspections
  • $85 each (pay-as-you-go)
  • Can move the inspection dates up
  • Warranty is 2 years on all repairs and upgrades made by TTD
  • Can save up to $10 per inspection with discount options

GOLD PACKAGE

  • 3 annual inspections
  • $75 each (pay-as-you-go)
  • Can move the inspection dates up
  • Warranty is 5 years on all repairs and upgrades made by TTD
  • Can save up to $10 per inspection with discount options

PLATINUM PACKAGE

  • 4 annual inspections
  • $65 each (pay-as-you-go)
  • Can move the inspection dates up
  • Warranty is 7 years on all repairs and upgrades made by TTD
  • Can save up to $10 per inspection with discount options

RENEWAL PACKAGE

  • 3 annual inspections
  • 5 heads or nozzles replaced each year (the ‘renewal’ of your system)
  • Can move the inspection dates up
  • Warranty is 5 years on all repairs and upgrades made by TTD
  • Cost is $349 per year (savings of $221)

TAKE IT EASY MEMBERSHIP

  • Up to 2 annual inspections called in when you need them
  • Warranty is 1 year on all repairs and upgrades made by TTD
  • Cost is $125 per year

MONTHLY PACKAGE

  • Includes an inspection every month
  • 5 year warranty on all repairs and upgrades
  • Never-worry-again-mentality
  • Cost is $30/month

STAR UPGRADES

Clients eligible for the Star Upgrade will save $10 per inspection (up to $40 per year). To be eligible, you must meet the following criteria:

  • The controller must be outside and accessible to the technician.
  • Open scheduling - meaning we can come at our convenience with notice to you sent by email or phone call so you know we will be there.
  • A credit card on file (secured by QuickBooks) and auto-billed two weeks before the scheduled month of service.
  • Only available for the Silver, Gold, and Platinum Plans.

STAR DISCOUNTS 

  • You can save $5 per inspection by selecting to keep a credit card on file for auto-debit.
  • If your timer is accessible to us, you can sign up for ‘open scheduling’ to save an additional $5 per inspection.
  • These discounts are only available for the Silver, Gold, and Platinum Packages.
